Is there any way you could provide us with a climate control wiring schematic for this make and model?

I know there is no power going to the coil circuit in the relay. I'm not sure where that power comes from. I'm also sure there is no power at the dash board.

here is vacuum as well aas electric diagrams. you'll have to save and blow up to make them larger. this is as large as i could make it.
