i have some-times coolant leaking below the water pump side. Heater is fine, engine temp is fine, but had to top up the refill bottle twice in the week. Then the car was all fine. I noticed coolant level below the min few days back. Added coolant and found that after few days the level again dropped. On carefully looking at the garage floor, saw some spots of coolant. However, when i started the motor, i could see coolant coming out near the water pump. But after few minutes it again became fine. Drove about 20-30 miles and coolant level is same. No leaking then. Did check 10 times in the day, there was no visible leak.
If water pump is leaking from some seal, tell me a way to cover it using sealant. I am a student and don't have budget to replace the same.

You need to have the cooling system pressure tested to locate the source of the leak and repair it before you do serious internal damage.
