Engine idles bad and black smoke

Truck won’t stay running, at idle goes from about 800 rpm to below 400 then sputters and Shuts off. TPS sensor has been removed and reinstalled to check for problem when I drive it the engine acts like the fuel has been cutoff and it stumbles then it clears up for a few seconds then does it again.

This sounds like it could be a problem with your Idle Air Control Valve(IAC). Here is a component diagram and a helpful link for you. Let us know what you find out.

Have replaced idle air control valve now truck revs up to 4000 rpm as soon as I started it is it possible iac new part faulty
