My 96 200sx se-r is currently not running. I tried to start it up but it makes absolutely no sound. my batteries seem to be working but my car does not start or even turn on. When I try to turn on the engine, this hissing noise comes from the exhausts. It was working perfectly fine in the morning. I was wondering what is the problem?
