EEC power relay coil location

Hi all! i am having problems with fuel pump receiving two volts when the key is off and ten volts when i turn the key on. it is draining my battery. When i try to scan OBD it tells me that the switch is not on and cannot communicate with EEC. i would like to change EEC power relay coil before changing EEC, but i just cannot find it. I cannot find any information or pictures on where it is located. can anybody help with that please?

That relay is built into the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module). It is located behind the fender well on the passenger side.

Thank you for quick respond. In my troubleshooting i unplugged CCRM but still get the two volts to fuel pump with key switch at off. when i pull out the EEC 20 amp fuse i do not get that two volts draw. do you think i should buy a new ECC or is there a way to test it?

Power goes directly from the CCRM, through the Inertia switch to the fuel pump so if you are seeing voltage on that line with the CCRM disconnected, then that wire has to be picking up voltage somewhere. Disconnect the Inertia switch and the CCRM and see which side of the Inertia switch plug you find voltage.

I get two volts on green/yellow wire on both side, inertia and CCRM.

Okay, that wire branches off to the PCM so the PCM knows when the pump is active. I would locate an accessible spot close the the CCRM and cut that wire, then see what happens to the voltage.
If nothing changes, unplug the PCM.

The green/yellows gives our two volts to the inertia even if the CCRM is disconnected? I guess it is a short somewhere in between. I do not really need to cut the wire?

So, I guess you already know whether the PCM is causing or not it because that wire also goes there.
Or whether the CCRM plug is shorted.

Okay, PCM is inside CCRM. thank you for good information, now i know it is a short better than changing EEC.

No, the PCM is not inside the CCRM. The PCM is the main engine control module.

PCM relay is inside the CCRM. i did what you said and cut the green/yellow wire close to the CCRM but still get two volts at CCRM.

Okay, reconnect the wire and totally unplug the engine control module.

Sounds like the engine control module is the problem.
