Hi,

So my engine light keeps coming on. A few weeks ago it came on for the first time so I pulled over to check over what I could. I was low on oil, but when I tried to start the car again, the engine wouldn't turn over. After a few minutes it started again and I got a service ASAP. The mechanic said everything was OK but we'd need a new timing belt next service. Problem is, the check engine light has since come on three or four times, and the car wouldn't start again a few days ago. It shudders weirdly when I turn it off every now and then. Any idea what might be going on here? Thanks in advance!
