the power steering started whining, then the steering got hard so i replaced the power steering pump but the whining is still there so i sucked the fluid out and it got better for a little bit. every time i suck out the fluid it gets better for a little while then start whining again. this last time it overflowed when i shut the car off.what else could it be? maybe a faulty pump?
