I can't pass smog test

My 96 Mazda Protege failed emissions. I would like to know how to fix the following codes po130, po170, po740 with out spending an arm and a leg in expenses.

P0130-O2 sensor circuit malfunction. Usually a bad O2 sensor.
P0170-Fuel trim malfunction. Most likely related to the O2 sensor problem.
P0740-? Maybe P0440? Evaporative emissions control system malfunction.

My reference doesn't show a P0740
