hi there , i have just brought a mazda capela 1996 diesel off a person who said they couldnt be botherd fixing it and that it needed a water pump , i brawt a new water pump and got it put in by a profeshional... but the car still isnt going , it makes a cranking noise when i turn the key but just wont kick in , a machanic has done the timing belts and oil checks and stuff but cant find anythng?
