I just got this 96 Mazda b3000 a few days ago, it has a little bit of tickin sound in the engine but when I get in to third you can't hear it anymore. What would cause the ticking...

if the engine ticks you'll hear it at idle if not it's a drivetrain issue. have a local pro check it out
