ABS system seems to go into activation mode while driving

How do you reset the ABS pump? It always sounds as if it is going to begin pumping while driving down the road. The rear brakes seem to grab when the brakes are applied, the ABS pump seems to activate itself.

Chances are there is a bad wheel speed sensor or the ABS pump relay is stuck on.

I had this problem and had to replace the right front wheel speed sensor all fixed cost me $43.00 for the part. FYI
