engine is shutting off while driving

I have a 1996 Lincoln Town Car.At times, when decelerating at city speeds,the engine will shut off but can be quickly restarted. I have had the "mas air flow" and the"o2"sensor changed but with no improvement.

try cleaning the throttle plate and iac with choke cleaner, replace duct work and start car. it will start hard. see if that helps.
