How do you replace the oil pump on a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with a 5.2 engine?

I keep losing oil pressure and the top of the motor has a slight rattle now. The pressure only comes up to 20 pounds at the start and drops to zero right away. I am hoping it is the pump.
