How do you drain the rear differential oil?

In a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherrokee Laredo? I see the fill plug but can't locate the drain plug. I have done this before to my truck, but never to my Jeep. The truck had a drain plug on the bottom. I guess different differentials are different. If it doesn't have a plug on the bottom do you have to take off the whole cover?

If theres no drain plug you just remove the cover to drain it.

OIL FLOATS ON TOP OF WATER

THE STUFF YOU REALLY WANT OUT, IS IN THE BOTTOM

MORE THAN A CUPFUL OF DEBRIS, WATER, METAL ETC. REMAINS IN THE BOTTOM

SO DO THIS CORRECTLY......THIS IS YOUR BABY!
