When I shift my car in to drive the car will not move. I have to shift it down to a lower gear in order to start moving. Once moving I can move shifter back to drive and it will run fine until I stop then I have to start all over again in a lower gear. Also my speedometer and dash lights will work one minute and quit the next then start again. Please help
