can I change car engine oil pan gasket by myself?

The car is auto, 1.8 engine, 1996 , Hyundai.

there is big oil leaking from the top of engine oil pan when car starts .

I don't know what tools you have available or what your mechanical abilities are. Can I replace the roof on my house? I'm sure you wouldn't know how to answer that either. Of course it can be done but I don't know if you are the guy to do it of not. It's really not a giant deal.
