we changed master and the slave and bleed it but when you put your foot on the clutch it fall to the floor still what could it be ?

is the clutch throw arm at the slave attached/moving like it should?

Also check the hose that runs from the master to the slave, it could be leaking under pressure. also just because your transmission repalcement parts are new does not mean they are GOOD, check them for loss of pressure.

if the pedal stays down and the throw arm is moving then either you have a bad pressure plate or the arm is off the throw out bearing. is trans shifting? when it's at floor can you shift trans and not when it's up?

of as far as shifting no it doesn't shift at all because because of the pedal having no pressure at all.

Is the pedal to master cylinder clearance adjusted correctly?
While bleeding, did the clutch fork move?
