1996 Honda Accord throttle position sensor and LTFT

I have 2 question. today i checked the long fuel trim and it was 10.3% is it normal?
the second question is about the tps sensor it was 9.4% at closed throttle is it normal again ?

check the short term as well. if you add them up and they are below 7% you are good. otherwise you are running too lean
