1996 Honda Accord Reciever dryer

Can u tell me the steps to taking out the dryer for the ac on the 96 accord please. It's buried and I'm sure u go through the front but I don't wanna do this the hard way. Like I usually do. Also, ac cluch problems so I pulled another comressor, the donor compressor didn't have any oil come out. When I pulled the one from our vehicle some of the fluid came out. Like oil. I wasn't able to capture and measure. Do I put the new oil in the reciver dryer and the used compressor. Or just the dryer and it finds it's way to the compressor? Thank you, Brandon.

this is a job best left to pros because the whole system has to be flushed due to compressor failure then when finished installing parts it has to be pumped down to evacuate the system otherwise you will have trouble immediately

Yes I know. Evacuate, I will take it to a shop for evac. The compressor didn't fail the clutch had a spacing issue. I just need to know the steps to taking out the reciever dryer. I hope what I got wasn't my "answer" for the donation I posted. Oil the compessor? Steps to reciever dryer pull. -Brandon. Familiar with auto tech. 96 honda accord 2.7

we have no pics of this but it shold be outside of evaporator. discharge A/C Sys. Remove alt a/c belt & driver side fan assem. unplug compressor & remove 4 bolts your off & ready for new compressor this tip is for a 97 for drier You will need to take out the headlamp assembly for complete access to the receiver/drier unit. The outlet pipe fitting is not accessible otherwise compressor oil capacity is 5.3ozs. so drain the one you are putting on and put about 4 ozs in should be enough if nippendenso use nd-oil8 and if sanden compressor use sp-10 oil or equivalent. good luck
