I pulled the code P0753 96 Honda Accord with VTEC. I cleared the code and it didn't come back. But, no matter what gear I put the car in, using a stethoscope, I can hear all 4 of the Solenoids clicking and have tested them individually, about 2 months ago, the car was not shifting correctly. Like it was bypassing 1st going into second and starting in that gear, then shifting into OD or something. I was in Colorado and my girlfriend was having issues. I had her bring it in an change the Tranny Fluid at a shop. That seemed to help. They even stated it was pretty dirty and should probably change it again soon. Then shortly after, it started happening again. It gave a code for the B solenoid. I remove the 2 solenoids, bench tested them, and one of the ports was blocked. I removed the blockage, and the car did fine for about a month or so. Then it stopped working altogether. Would not move. I checked the code and it was P0753 Problem in Shift Solenoid Valve A Circuit. I cleared the codes and it isn't producing any codes yet the car will not go into gear. I shift it, the linkage moves, solenoids click, but the car will not move. I checked the B solenoids and they are working fine. I haven't pulled the A solenoids, harder to get at,I can hear them clicking using a stethoscope...
