I have a 97 computer and the original 96. The only thing is that the ports are different. I would like to know if I was able to switch out the ports with one another 97 into the 96; or the boards or chips?; so that I may be able to use the newly adapted wiring harness that is the 97 in my 96 Sonoma. Hoping that I get to keep my original 96 computer and it's all programming without having to reprogram anything with 97 computer to work with mine.
Reason why I ask is that my "AUTO BOT HAS NO SPARK..."
.If not possible is there a cross over adapters or something of the sort for the two different ports?
