How do I set the ignition timing when I reinstalled the distributor

I had my distributor out and I need to reset my timing on a 1996 GMC 1500 350 r engine code to proper spect.

The ignition timing is non-adjustable and cannot be changed however turning the distributor changes the cam sensor offset which has to be adjusted using a high end scan tool.
