I have a 1996 GMC Safari, in the last two weeks I have repaired upper and lower ball joints on both sides, the sway bar and the link pins and had an alignment. However there is still a clunking coming from the front right end when making right turns. Clunking noise, passenger side when making right turns, repaired both upper and lower ball joints. whole sway bar hook up. Wheel bearing look good.

Use a pry bar to move the control arms around. Look for excessive movement in the bushings. (Don't have the jack or jack stands under the lower control arms. Put the stands under the frame). Recheck the lower ball joints to see if one is not fully seated in the control arm. If it's moving around, the hole in the arm is worn. A common fix for that is to add a few tack welds with a wire feed welder.
