Parklights won't go out

1996 Chevy Cheyenne.
My park lights and dash lights won't go out with switch turn off and key turn off. I tried pulling every fuse to try and kill power but nothing. I even tried a new headlight switch and same thing. Can you help me Please.

You have to have a dead short at some point that is supplying power to the lights all the time or there is a circuit that has power all the time finding a ground through the light circuit. Start at the power distribution box under the hood and start checking wiring for shorts as well as the wiring harnes to the headlight switch. It is going to be a pain, but that is what has to be done.
