i have a 1996 gmc 1500 305 motor 2 wheel drive,after about 10 or 15 minutes of driving ia starts to discharge,already had battery and altenator checked,checked the battery connections

If equipped with harmonic damper, check the damper for slippage which would reduce the alternator turning speed. Symptoms would most likely be coupled with belt squealing or swishing noise.
