help to replace fuel pump

Drain the fuel pressure from fuel lines. Drain the fuel tank, Disconnect all lines, electrical-- fuel--evap-- filler tube from tank. Safely raise and support the vehicle.

You can use a floor-jack to support fuel tank, not vehicle. Take the straps loose and drop tank, get the tank out from under the vehicle. There is a locking ring you will have to take loose, to get the pump out of tank.

Install is reverse of removal. There are safety issues working under a vehicle. Safety is your responsibility.
