radiator fan not turning off

Check and test the fan motor, engine temperature sensor/switch and fan relay

where are these located? How do u test these?

Misread it-Disregard above try this remove the fan relay and see what happens

or have it scaned for a bad temp sensor,and make sure its not over heating and is full of coolant.this is where a scan tool comes in handy,it can tell you alot in this case.
