clutch will not disengage on 1996 4x4 ford ranger-have bench bled it may times.any suggestions?

new clutch and slave cylinder-cannot get clutch to disengage when truck is running

is that slave inside bellhousing or out? if it's working properly, could be bad pressure plate.
