clutch is not fully dissengaging. while clutch is pushed in all the way . the car still moves . and is very hard to get in gear while running, but goes in gear fjust fine while not runnig

REPAIR OR REPLACE PARTS --IF NECESSARY

is the clutch master cylinder the brake master cylinder?if not where is it.the brke master cylinder is full
