HEAD(S) NOT TORQUED CORRECTLY...WRONG TORQUE...DID NOT USE TIGHTENING SEQUENCE...DID NOT TORQUE IN STEPS

WARPED HEADS RE-INSTALLED WITHOUT PROPER MACHINING

ENGINE OVERHEATED---HEADS WARPED
