My car wasn't running for that matter the dash wasn't coming on so we got a new battery, still wouldn't work so we got a new computer module cause we found the other one full of water! After that it would turn over but wouldn't start so we sprayed some starter fluid in the air intake and found out it was firing so then we got a new fuel pump and now there are no volts going down the negative to the pump! That's the best way I can describe it.
