codes are p0420, p0761 and p0402

I got my codes just read it came up with three code can anyone give me the cheapest way to fix these codes they are p0420 and p0761 and p0402.

The obd lite come on when i goes about 50 to 60 mph and i smell gas what is the problem and a cheap way to fix it it is 1996 ford explorer.
