My 1996 ford explorer with a 5.0 Engine shakes badly at idle and accleration

I have replaced spark plugs and wires,cleaned throttle body,replaced iac valve ,replaced crank postion sensor,and cleaned egr at throttle body,and get a code for rich and lean on bank one.

how about oxygen sensor? wiring at sensor? clean MAF sensor?
