When it's shifted to drive it starts out in 3rd of 4th gear always if I shift it to 1st. Manually and go to drive like a stick it works fine I changed transmission range sensor and wires still the same what next

scan for codes first you may have a bad converter. or have a trans guy give an opinion. Otherwise you'll be dumping money trying to guess work your way though it.

Mech did scan it and that's the code that showed for the TRS bad
