As i was puttin on the hhead bolt with the tork ranchh the tip of the bolt broke will the car still will be able to drive with a bolt missing in the head?

Remove the head and remove the broken bolt. otherwise, you're gonna have trouble. it could possible create a water leak there causing the engine to run hot. you could lose compression which will cause a misfire and eventually a blown head gasket. There is really not other option but to remove tha broken bolt....even if you have to remove the head again.
