What cause this car to leak water look like from behind the transmission when the engine been running

If coolant is dripping from the rear of the engine where it connects to the transmission, a likely suspect is a corroded core plug. The transmission will have to be removed to replace that. There will be no coolant near the top of the engine that you can easily see.

A more common cause is a leaking heater core. To identify that, look under the hood on the passenger side of the firewall for a 4" long rubber hose hanging down with a 90 degree bend in it. Coolant will drip from that hose if the heater core is leaking.

There can also be a ruptured heater hose near the rear of the engine. Repairing that is relatively inexpensive.
