How do I tighten the steering rack on my vehicle? It feels like I got powersteering now and my wheel alignment is out. Does this mean my wheelbalancing is out aswell?

before doing anything i would be getting the steering and front suspension checked over by a qualified mechanic just to make sure that ther is nothing serious wrong.
