1996 Fiat Uno Jerks while driving

Hi. I need help finding out why does my car jerk while driving but idles normally. I replaced the spark plugs, petrol filter, petrol pump and even bought a carburettor kit and replaced the components but it still jerks. I'm not sure if it can be the distributor but I would love to hear from the professionals. Thanks

we have no info on these vehicles as they are not in U.S. but scan for codes, check for vacuum leaks. if a carburetor power then check to make sure all settings are correct like float, acceleratot pump etc.
