Engine misfire

engine misfire on number 5 cylinder. OBDII code P0300 and P0305. Already has new spark plugs. Wiring, coil, distributor cap good.

Engine runs rough. This happens when the gas tank gets below 1/2 on the gauge. Engine, seems to run lean, cough and sputter, runs very rough. When tank is refilled, engine runs okay. (35.0 gal tank).

P0300 Is a random misfire normally caused by vacuum leaks and bad fuel . P0305 misfire at cyl no.5 check sparkplug,compression and injector-also could be caused by the following.

1.Vacuum leaks
2.EGR and PCV valve.
3.Low fuel pressure.
4.Dirty fuel injectors.
5.Mass Air Flow Sensor.
6.Oxygen Sensor.
