How do i get better gas mileage out of my 1996 dodge 2500 5.9 liter truck with 190,000 miles on it .
I have replace all the plugs and wires cap and router front seal and real main seal. valve cover gasket's water pump and gear and chain. I'm at a loss at this point I need better than 10 miles to the gallon on this truck help me please.
