1996 Dodge Caravan parking lights wont work after cam replacement

park lights wont work no tail lights hadlights wont work when the switch is turned on if dimmer is used the head lights will come on that way engine 3.3 runs good for mile or so the spits and sputters code given is no cam signal cam and crank habeen replaced. drove to store one day next morning car would crank but no start check engine light had been on for several weeks run perfect wouldnt start next day replaced cam crank senceors and fuel filter
