i put in a new starter in my 96 chrysler t & c and now the service engine light comes on and i put in drive and get a hesitation and the speedomdtor doesn move,when i step on the gas peadal nothing happens then zoom going, but in 1 gear like 2nd and its an automatic 3.3.dave

code 15 is a vehicle speed sensor problem. pic included it will cause what is happening to your car when driving it.
