Minivan drives fine from 1st to 3rd gear, but only revs and fails to get to 4th gear. If I manually select 3rd, It will drive fine (of course it won't get to 4th). Trannie was rebuilt about 18,000 miles ago, having changed solenoid pack and turbine. Any ideas as to what could be wrong? I've heard just having wrong oil in this transmission can cause it to fail. Could that be a contributing factor, too?
