1996 Chrysler Concorde cooling system failure

Ok iv replaced thermostat and radiator but im still overheating and have no heat inside. it was leaking coolant and oil but now it seems as if its also stopped leaking coolant after replacing thermostat. then i thought the coolant was mixing into the oil but now both seem full and not mixing. What more shuld i check or do to fix this problem? Will probably also replace water pump just in case. other than that im stumped....
