where would I find the starter relay on my car? It's not in the fuse block under the hood. I was told it was in the relay block under the hood on the drivers side in front of the wheel well, but I found no such thing.

Mitchel shows this location for starter relay, 96 Chrysler cirrus lx 2.5L engine. Does your power distribution center under the hood have a legend on the lid? That tells you what is what?

where is this block on my car? is this the fuse block? if it is, mine looks nothing like it, and if its a different bank of relays, where do i find it?
