My truck sways back and forth at highspeeds (around 70 MPH) when I hit a bump or if I accelerate fast. I do have alot of play in my steering wheel, and it seems to get better if I keep the steering wheel turned partially to one side to keep the steering tight; it wont sway nearly as bad. I have recently replaced the ball joints and had a allignment. What else could it be?

4wd. They said they looked at it and everything looked fine. But I know they had trouble aligning it.

have the control arm bushings and all balljoints rechecked. also check for a loose sway bar or bad ilder arm if it gets worse when you hit a bump it has to be a ball joint or control arm bushing that is bad. or an idler arm. but have it rechecked.
