Hello,

My brother and I have recently had the fuel pump go out of our vehicle. We are in college and don't have the funds available to take it to a shop to be repaired (quoted over $700). We have purchased a fuel pump from O'Reilly Auto Parts that is supposed to fix. The electrical portion of our vehicle is "square" with two prongs located on the left portion and three on the right portion. The fuel pump they sold us is a "rectangle" with four plugs straight across. Do we need an adapter, or how do we get them to mesh properly? Also, we are having a very difficult time putting the fuel tank back into place. Is there any tips or tricks on getting it back into the original location.

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,

Travis Sylvester
