my 4wd stoped working, i replaced the transfer case motor still nothing, bench tested front accuator and that works fine also got another tccm. All the lights are on the 4wd selector 2wd 4 hi and 4 low. with one of the tccm the transfer case motor has power on both sides of the connector and with the other tccm it has ground on both sides. the front accuator has constant power with one and none with the other. i have looked at everything i can think of.

Wow, this sounds like an electrical nightmare. Have you checked all wiring? Also, do you have a scanner that can monitor the TCCM for operation and diagnostic issues?

Do you have a schematic of the wiring system? I have three schematics that I have tried to attach. I don't know if they will show up for you. If they don't, let me know wires, color of wires and questions you have and I will try to help.

I need you to get a scanner to help us. Otherwise, it becomes a guessing game. Something is telling me that the problem is in the TCCM. We need to be able to see how it is reacting.

Sorry about the pics. I had a feeling they wouldn't send.

Have not yet had time to get a scanner hooked up yet but did a little more wire chasing and think I found the problem. At the team one wire for the transfer case motor had power and the other had ground. Well at the motor they both had ground. So going to rewire this and hopefully things will work.
