1996 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.7ltr. v-8 will not start. Have replaced fuel pump, oil sending unit & attempted to power pump via hot-line, all to no avail. Please, can you help?

start with basics. fuel pressure check, spark and compression. determine which is missing and we proceed from there.
