How to I get my rear brake calipers to depress on my 96 monte carlo

Flush* I can't getit to push in flush I tryed a c clamp pliers everything

Installation REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
1. Using a spanner wrench turn piston and thread it into caliper body assembly until piston reaches bottom of caliper bore. Lift inner edge of piston dust boot and press out any trapped air. Ensure piston dust boot FRONT BRAKE CALIPER
lays flat. Ensure slots in end of piston are aligned at right angles to caliper body mounting sleeves. SeeFig. 4 . FRONT BRAKE PADS
2. Install new pad retainer clips into caliper support bracket. Install inboard and outboard pads, with wear sensor facing downward, so that retainer clips fit into notches of pads. Ensure back of inboard pad lays flat FRONT BRAKE ROTOR
against piston, with button on back of pad engaging slots in piston. To install remaining components, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Bleed brake REAR BRAKE CALIPER
system (if brake hose was disconnected). See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM . Apply 175 ft. lbs. of force to brake pedal 3 times to seat pads against rotor. Adjust parking brake. See PARKING BRAKE ? Removal
(DISC) under ADJUSTMENTS. Road test vehicle. ? Installation
